Software Engineer 4

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Software Engineer 4.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft SharePoint Online, including web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, and integrations with other M365 apps
* Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and integrate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services
* Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including configuration, support, and optimization of services such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform tools
* Lead and support application lifecycle management for internal business applications and solutions built on the M365 platform
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable, and secure application solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, including permissions, performance, and integration challenges
* Maintain proper documentation for applications, workflows, configuration settings, and support procedures
* Ensure solutions align with corporate governance, security standards, and compliance policies
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in M365 and SharePoint development practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in Microsoft 365 app development and SharePoint Online
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
* Deep understanding of SharePoint development, including REST APIs, client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript), and modern UI/UX design
* Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Active Directory, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services
* Strong skills in application administration and troubleshooting within Microsoft 365 environment
* Proficiency in scripting and development tools such as PowerShell, JSON, HTML, CSS, and React (preferred for SPFx)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
