As a key member of our Enterprise Technology group, you'll play a critical part in shaping the future of mobility.

As a Dynamics 365 software developer on the Global Contact Center program, the ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. The developer will be a member of Ford's Channel team. This team supports the Omnichannel experiences used by our agents and dealers to communicate with our customers. The software developer will enhance and support the tools and technologies our customers use to connect with Ford.

You will help us deliver and maintain channels such as Live Chat, Messaging, SMS, Voice, Apple Messages for Business, Google Business Messages, WhatsApp, and more

  • Configure Omnichannel flows and experiences for Chat, SMS, Voice, and more
  • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to existing code to improve and/or maintain Dynamics 365
  • Work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365
  • Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges
  • Proactively provide feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking for continuous process improvement


  • Strong experience with C# and JavaScript
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Workspace)
  • Experience with Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service
  • Knowledge of code version control and branching
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • Experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Experience with Test-driven development is a plus
