About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to support complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact. In this role, you will consult on large-scale planning efforts, analyze multifaceted engineering challenges, and contribute to strategic solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and consult on complex software engineering projects with significant scope and impact.
- Evaluate and resolve multi-dimensional technical challenges, including those involving novel or intangible factors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to cloud migration efforts and modernization initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent (including consulting, military, or educational background).
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Pega (version 7.x or higher).
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud migration projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
