Title: Software Engineer (React / .NET / Python)
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 12 months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Schedule: Hybrid schedule
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Title: Software Engineer (React / .NET / Python) with strong expertise in React for front-end development, along with proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python. The ideal candidate will join an ongoing project and must be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end features using React, C#/.NET
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance and scalability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and project planning
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
Requirements:
- Strong professional experience with React (front-end development)
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python
- Ability to work independently and contribute to an active, in-progress project
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to start immediately
- Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with prompt engineering or AI tool integration
