Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on coding experience in modern languages and frameworks.
- Experience with legacy system migration and modernization strategies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
