Software Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be expected to proactively manager internal teams, as well as software projects for mission-critical cashless management systems of IoT hardware available globally. Using your experience with the Agile methodology, you will transport the industry of fun into the 21st century.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading spring planning sessions.


• Coordinating teams & internal resources.


• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.


• Ensuring projects meet well thought out deadlines.


• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Designing and signing off on contracts.


• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.


• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission, and review.


• Articulating risk mitigation plans.


• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.


• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.


• Managing large & diverse teams across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' of program/project management experience, preferably in an international product based company.


• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.


• Working knowledge of Jira would be a plus.


• Strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive adoption of agile scrum methodology


• Knowledge of the entire SDLC, Agile techniques (user stories, CI/CD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, etc.)


• Knowledge of our company's cultural values.


• Generate the data required to make informed decisions.


• Conflict resolution skills.
