Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering business framework agreements and enterprise license agreements for use of software within Client globally for any range of suppliers such as Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP to new and emerging SaaS providers
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for client to embrace cloud and SaaS opportunities while leveraging existing client investments
- Develop sourcing plans to integrate Business Software needs into a global commodity team including benchmarking suppliers, contracts, and services and evaluating various client Business Unit level requirements, existing opportunities, or new initiatives.
- This includes setting IT sourcing strategies and executing those strategies to deliver material improvements on quality, price, and service
- Collaborate with Senior IT Leadership across all client businesses to drive IT strategic imperatives Develop strategies by working with client Business Unit sourcing teams to centralize software acquisitions and lead cross company acquisition and single source negotiations/renegotiations
- Collaborate with appropriate finance, compliance, and legal subject matter experts
Qualifications:
- MBA
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and software licensing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with principles and procedures related to licensing terms and conditions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with financial information as a means of decision making, pricing comparisons & benchmarking
- Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating at the highest levels of a supplier
- Excellent written/verbal communication at an executive Level
- Drive to execute under extreme deadline pressures
- Strong business acumen
- Strong customer service mindset
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to lead multiple, highly visible initiatives independent thinker with the proven history of shifting paradigms
- Knowledge of information technologies and services, specifically cloud services and software as a service license models
- Aggressive in execution and undaunted by challenges * Inspirational collaboration to work with team members and stakeholders
