Job Title: Software Systems Engineer Test Automation
Primary location of assignment: Cayce, SC or Richmond, VA

Are any certification required: TOSCA certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist, Test Architect). (preferred not required)
Top Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on test automation using Tricentis TOSCA.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of model-based testing and TOSCA architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and version control systems (e.g., ADO, GitHub Enterprise).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
TOSCA certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist, Test Architect).
Experience with medium/large web applications, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of performance testing and service virtualization.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

High Level Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Tricentis TOSCA to drive our test automation strategy and execution across enterprise applications. This role will be pivotal in enabling teams to adopt and scale automation practices, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA & Tricentis qTest.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain reusable test assets, modules, and libraries.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to QA engineers and developers on TOSCA best practices.
- Define and enforce automation standards, guidelines, and governance models.
- Monitor and report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across environments.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation and quality engineering.
