About the Role
Join Client's User Trial Program, a structured initiative designed to test mobile devices, features, and software through real-world user feedback. As a Mobile QA Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying and resolving product quality issues using data-driven insights. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on managing technical data and supporting product improvement efforts across Client's mobile division.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and manage data related to mobile product quality issues from various sources including carriers, VOC, supply chain, customer care, B2B, and network performance.
Perform stationary and field testing to reproduce reported issues.
Collaborate with internal R&D teams, client carriers, and customers to investigate and resolve market-reported issues.
Track and analyze network KPIs and other quality metrics for major issues.
Manage master data including creation, updates, and deletion.
Provide technical support to carrier marketing and engineering teams.
Communicate findings and follow-ups clearly in both Korean and English.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science) or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry, preferably in mobile QA or testing.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Basic understanding of LTE, IMS/VoLTE protocols, and Android infrastructure.
Familiarity with mobile testing tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python, C++, or Java.
Ability to write and review test cases (TCs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with root cause analysis, decision analysis, and process mapping.
