Job Details

Payrate: $30.00 - $33.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B and Network Performance.
  • Mainly deal with issues before/after mobile product is launched in the market
  • Proficiency speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required
  • Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from market
  • Perform stationary and field test of issue reproduction
  • Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up
  • Track, collecting and analyzing network KPI and other quality data in case of major issues is reported
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

Requirements:
  • Familiar with LTE and IMS/VoLTE Protocol
  • Knowledge of Android infrastructure
  • Familiar with Python, C++, Java
  • Write / Review TCs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis and establish process mapping is a plus

Education and Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering or Data Science equivalent level of work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
