Title: Solace Build Administrator
Location: Irving, Tx (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Role Overview
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the Solace messaging infrastructure across enterprise environments
Includes build and deployment activities, middleware configuration, and production support aligned with engineering standards
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management
- Administer and support Solace PubSub platform for high availability and scalability
- Install, configure, and upgrade Solace instances
- Monitor broker health, message flows, and ensure optimal performance
- Build & Deployment
- Design, implement, and maintain build and deployment processes for applications
- Perform installation/upgradation of middleware technologies
- Set up clustering/HA environments and trigger/monitor builds
- Ensure clean VTM and BCM runs prior to turnover
- Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Solace-related incidents
- Troubleshoot issues such as message delays, loss, or connectivity problems
- Escalate issues to Level 3 support per defined procedures
