Location :: Webster, MA- Hybrid(locals only)

Type of position :: Long-term contract

JD:

Minimum Qualifications

-Lead Developer/architect level

-proof of concept, they will not be writing code but need to understand it

-insurance (any except the healthcare umbrella)

-they do not need an architect from somewhere like IBM. They are a mid level insurance firm who are trying to expand but they are not an IBM/Liberty type of company

-needs sound architectural practice

-if there is a director level person who wants to take a step back, open to that as well

-they will go through a conceptual coding quiz

-STRONG AWS/JAVA

- 15+ years of experience in relevant programming languages, software development principles, and a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural initiatives.

- Experience in building and leading high-performing architect teams is preferred.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks within solution design.

- Performance analysis on implemented solutions.
