Job Description:
As a 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Dassault Systems' 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into scalable, integrated digital solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and solution planning using 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, and EXALEAD.
- Capture and analyze customer business processes across industries such as aerospace, automotive, marine, and high-tech.
- Define architecture vision and roadmap aligned with Dassault Syst mes' Value Engagement methodology.
- Customize and configure 3DEXPERIENCE platform modules
- Ensure continuity between pre-sales value propositions and post-sales implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants and developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8 10 years of experience in PLM implementation, with 5+ years in 3DEXPERIENCE architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Dassault Syst mes technologies and platform customization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Preferred Extras:
- Experience in Marine & Offshore, Aerospace, or Automotive sectors.
- Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade and environment setup.
- Knowledge of integration with ERP, MES, or other enterprise systems.
- Certification in Dassault Syst mes platforms or methodologies.
