Solution Architect

Job Summary The Solution Architect will lead the technical assessment and enhancement of Fieldglass integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and other platforms. This role involves evaluating existing architecture, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements or redesigns where necessary. The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, scalable, and efficient integration across systems, with a focus on reducing daily troubleshooting and improving end-to-end performance. Key Responsibilities Assess current Fieldglass integration architecture and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with SAP best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to reduce manual troubleshooting and enhance system maturity. Recommend and implement improvements or redesigns to existing integrations. Ensure seamless integration between Fieldglass, Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA. Provide technical leadership and guidance across SAP middleware platforms. Work with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and technical requirements. Lead meetings and drive process improvements across Agile teams. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of SAP best practices, architecture principles, and integration strategies. At least 3 full-cycle implementations involving Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA. Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using SAP middleware (CPI, PI/PO). Minimum 5 years of recent experience as an SAP Architect across SAP S/4, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP CPI. Ability to lead technical discussions and drive solutioning in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile methodology. Certifications SAP Certified (Ariba, Fieldglass, S/4HANA) preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: SAP Certified Ariba , SAP Certified Fieldglass , SAP Certified S/4HANA
