Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Solution Architect for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end architecture design, roadmap development, and proof-of-concept initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions on Microsoft Azure
* Architect and deploy native applications in Azure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
* Guide multiple customers and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
* Provide technical leadership across web-based technologies and data platforms
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Advanced degree preferred but not required with extensive relevant experience
* 10+ years of experience leading architecture activities including design, roadmap, and proof-of-concepts
* 7-10+ years in an architecture capacity
* 5+ years of industry experience in financial services, government, or banking
* Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services including:
* Data Lake, Synapse, SQL Data Warehouse, SQL Streaming Analytics
* Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Power BI
* KeyVault, Azure AD, Azure SQL

Hands-on experience with:
* Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, C#, Web API
* Front-end technologies: AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS
* Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Oracle

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
