Job Details

Job Title: Data Governance Solutions Architect P&C Insurance
Location: Remote

Client: Becton Dickinson

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data governance initiatives and strategies for modernization projects in large P&C insurance organizations.

Design and implement enterprise-level data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with governance objectives.

Advise on best practices for data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and master data management.

Support the adoption of data governance tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, IDMC), while remaining flexible with the technology stack.

Provide thought leadership and guidance to ensure data governance maturity across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Governance Solutions Architect at enterprise-level P&C insurance clients.

Experience driving data governance practices in modernization initiatives.

Deep understanding of P&C insurance business processes and data needs.

Strong ability to design scalable and sustainable governance frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), data warehouses (Snowflake), and data management tools (IDMC).

Experience with large-scale enterprise data projects and modernization initiatives.
