In this role, you will analyze current and target Health IT architectures and develop modernization roadmaps and disposition plans. You'll design cloud-based enterprise architectures aligned with agency guidelines like Human-Centered Design and Zero Trust. Using the DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF), you will create key artifacts and support complex systems integration. The work includes collaborating with partners to define interfaces, engaging stakeholders to evaluate solutions, and driving cloud modernization through CI/CD and automation. You'll operate in an agile DevSecOps environment, ensuring continuous improvement and strong collaboration across teams.


Skills/Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or related field discipline.

  • Experience in developing the solution architecture for high visible enterprise IT systems.

  • Experience in developing complex IT systems architecture diagrams with technical, interface details.

  • Experienced with architecture artifacts such as operational views (OVs) and systems views (SVs) for complex systems integration using DoD Architecture framework (DODAF).

  • Certification in SAFe Solution Architecture or in cloud technologies (AWS).

  • Cloud experience in solutions delivery, architecting, designing, developing, leading, and delivering cloud infrastructure and cloud application platform technology solutions over the entire lifecycle of large scale, multi-team, complex enterprise projects.

  • Experience in Core Infrastructure, Application Development, Data and Analytics, and Low Code/No Code.



Minimum Qualifications



  • Strong architecture and solutioning background required

  • S Citizenship Required



  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred

  • Industry leading certification for technical expertise preferred

  • 12+ years of experience in a technical field
