As a Specialty Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and support of moderately complex software solutions. Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and execution of initiatives related to Specialty Software Engineering.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical challenges, applying sound judgment and evaluation of variable factors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide production support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- 4+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong background in production support and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
