We use ICIMS for Applicant Tracking, Workforce Automation, and Marketing Automation. Marketing Automation is a new implementation! We are expanding our use of the platform.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose and function of the Sr. Analyst, People Systems is to design, develop and implement solutions to enhance performance. Lead and assist with configuration, integration, customization, and data management of the Workday human capital management (HCM) or People Systems Applicant Tracking System (ATS), This individual will also develop custom reports, expand content capabilities, and work on special projects to meet client/stakeholder needs.

  • Oversee day-to-day administration, upgrades, and maintenance of iCIMS applicant tracking system. Create, manage and support system standards, policies, procedures and documentation
  • Collaborate with, and occasionally lead, functional and cross functional teams to inform, prepare and assist in the review, testing and implementation of all system upgrades or patches and document the process, results and outcomes
  • If designated to ATS, participate in day-to-day administrative support. Which includes:
    1. Answering Help Desk tickets for end user support.
    2. Review system updates with Recruiting for adoption
    3. Implementing new features
    4. Updates/enhancements to ensure continuity of system.
    5. Maintain system settings / configurations.
    6. Training end user as needed.
    7. Building dashboards and reports as defined by end user.
    8. Troubleshoot integration with 3rd party systems (i.e., Workday)
    9. Provide security administration for iCIMS system.
  • Analyzes multiple databases and aggregate workforce data to produce data visualization dashboards and Ensure ideal system configuration to support business processes.
  • Audit, monitor and maintain data integrity. Identify, research and implement process improvements, as well as recommend training to address corrective Develops reports related to on-going and ad hoc requests for workforce data.
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of complex custom and BIRT reports or queries utilizing system and organizational tools on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis according customer needs. Assist in the management of security administration
  • Identify root causes and provide updates and recommendations to leadership that will deliver a decrease in frequency and severity of system issues reported by end In addition, keeps up- to-date on system patches and new features and functionality.
  • Provides on-site and remote end user training on HR processing, as needed. Maintains training manuals
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resource, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of degree, +6 years of experience is
  • 3-6+ years of iCIMS experience that includes:
    • Ability to gather requirements for configuration
    • Administration / security
    • Configuration skills
    • Upgrades / patching / testing
    • Production support
    • Commitment to data quality / integrity
    • Reporting skills preferred
  • ICIMS experience should include as many of the following as possible:
    • Applicant Tracking
    • Workforce Automation
    • Marketing Automation
Preferred:
  • Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company
  • Familiar with project management structure/methodology.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
  • Master's Degree in Business, Statistics, MIS, or OD
  • Workday experience
  • Cornerstone Ondemand experience - which we use for Learning Management & Performance Management

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $75-133K plus 10% bonus
