  • Provide L3 support for production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions within SLA.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design artifacts, program specifications, code walkthrough materials, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational development standards, security protocols, and audit requirements.

  • Preferred experience in reverse engineering legacy code and documenting existing architecture.
  • Solid understanding of mainframe batch and online processing architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in legacy application modernization, reengineering, and technical migrations.
  • Familiarity with structured programming, code optimization, and system tuning principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
