Job Details
Title: SAP APO/IBP
Location - Missouri
- Lead SAP APO & IBP Support and Integrations
- Own end-to-end application maintenance and production support for SAP APO (DP, SNP, GATP) and IBP, including complex integrations with ECC, Kinaxis, Salesforce, Teradata, and HANA Cloud, ensuring SLA compliance and production stability.
- Advanced Troubleshooting, Enhancements & Business Alignment
- Diagnose and resolve APO/IBP design, configuration, master/transaction data, and ABAP-related issues; drive enhancements, control tower implementations, documentation, and user training while closely partnering with global and LATAM supply chain stakeholders.
- Service Management & Global Coordination (LATAM Focus)
- Manage incidents, problem management, cutover enhancements, and service queues; coordinate onsite/offshore teams, provide critical after-hours support, and act as a client liaison supporting LATAM business processes in Spanish and LATAM time zones.
