Job Summary:
Dynamic and strategic SAP Client Partner with extensive experience supporting global pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and multi-industry clients. Proven expertise in building executive-level relationships, driving digital transformation, and delivering SAP-led business value across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial domains. Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with industry regulations (GxP, FDA, EMA).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client partner for major pharma accounts, owning overall account growth, client satisfaction, and SAP program success.
Lead strategic conversations with CIOs, VPs, and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose SAP-enabled solutions.
Drive multi-year SAP transformation roadmaps, including S/4HANA, SAP ATTP, EWM, TM, IBP, and Quality Management solutions.
Manage P&L for assigned accounts, including revenue forecasting, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across consulting, implementation, AMS, and digital transformation services.
Guide proposal responses (RFPs/RFIs), solution strategy, and pricing for new opportunities.
Ensure all SAP solutions comply with pharma regulatory standards, validation requirements, and industry best practices.
Build long-term client relationships and help position the organization as a trusted SAP partner in the Life Sciences sector.
Key Skills & Expertise:
SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality modules.
Pharma industry processes (GxP, Serialization, Cold Chain, Compliance).
Enterprise account management & client relationship leadership.
SAP transformation roadmapping & digital strategy.
Pre-sales, RFP/RFI leadership.
P&L management & revenue growth.
Cross-functional coordination (delivery, consulting, CoEs).
Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement.
Experience Requirement:
15+ years in SAP consulting/account management.
Proven experience managing large pharma & multi-industry clients.
Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP landscapes and regulated environments.
Demonstrated success in revenue growth, client retention, and transformation programs.
