Job Title: Senior SAP EAM Consultant with Maximo Integration Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant with a strong background in integrating IBM Maximo. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP EAM solutions, along with proven experience in designing and executing Maximo-to-SAP data and process integrations for large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP EAM solution design, configuration, and deployment across asset-intensive industries.

Integrate SAP EAM with IBM Maximo, ensuring smooth data synchronization and business process alignment.

Define technical specifications, integration strategies (API, BAPI, middleware tools), and ensure data quality between systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.

Support testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP EAM and cross-system transactions with Maximo.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, asset lifecycle best practices, and maintenance KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years of SAP EAM experience, including PM (Plant Maintenance) module.

3+ years of experience with IBM Maximo and its integration with SAP systems.

Strong understanding of master data management (equipment, functional locations), maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders.

Hands-on experience with integration technologies (IDoc, PI/PO, CPI, web services, etc.).

Deep understanding of asset management business processes in manufacturing, utilities, or oil & gas.
