Job Title: Sr Technical Project Manager
Location: Hybrid- onsite T/W/R in Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Business Analytics and Machine Learning teams.
This role will work closely with data, technology, studio and analytic partners along with vendors and a wide swath of stakeholder groups: Internal Technology and Engineering partners, Partners, Product Groups, Finance, Studios, and Executive Management.
Candidates need to demonstrate high success and experience in the following:
o Extremely successful producing, optimizing and delivering on a heavy pipeline of performance analytic requests and data / engineering projects.
o Strong experience in an Agile environment and familiar with agile best
practices/methodologies.
o Strong networking, relationship and influence skills to move people at all levels with varying agendas across the organization toward a common goal
Candidates must possess an appetite to be productive and solve problems while motivating others to that end.
They must have a great work ethic and be eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
They will be producing the requests and project/deliverables for the Enablement Analytics Teams who is responsible for managing the data instrumentation / tables / pipelines, and business logic, along with visual analytics.
Engage with analysts, engineers, managers, partners, stakeholders, vendors and leadership on a daily basis to report progress, drive productivity, deliver on expectations, remove blockers and escalate issues
Support the Analytics Enablement teams (Visualization, Engineering and Telemetry) on project roadmaps, prioritization, scheduling & deliverables
o Specific projects include: Data Cloud migration, complicated studio feature data
development and management, data table management, evolution and job pipelines,
data visualization management, optimization and prioritization
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans in partnership with stakeholders, team members, partners and leadership
Track and produce team member sprint progress and productivity reporting
Ensure request / project delivery, review and approval of analytic, business and technical requirements
Source, and help drive collaboration and participation across various group activities
Collaborate and build relationships with other departments organizations enabling project deliveries
