Job Description

We are seeking a tech savvy Senior Analyst to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives. This role will be instrumental in leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Data & Analytics, and modern enterprise architecture-to optimize operations, enhance scalability, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and functional managers, capable of aligning digital strategies with both long-term business goals and tactical execution of tech strategies by fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise transformation programs that integrate advanced technology capabilities across business functions.
  • Collaborate with key technology and business functional leaders and stakeholders to deliver next-generation digital solutions and strategic initiatives.
  • Architect and implement scalable, innovative solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that inform executive decision-making.
  • Define manage and help execute with program / project management focus, strategic roadmaps for Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation.
  • Guide stakeholders through operating model redesigns, aligning systems, tools, and processes with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational change through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
  • Oversee program health metrics and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and scalable solutions.
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, proactively resolving issues and maintaining program momentum.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing / leading large-scale transformation programs with proven success.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives in high-stakes environments.
  • Expertise in enterprise-wide change management, including stakeholder engagement and communication frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and deliver strategic insights.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing strategic objectives with detailed execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, CRM, BI, and business process management tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
