Job Description
The Architecture, Design & Engineering Senior Design Analyst will support both the AD&E Senior Project Manager and Project Manager across all aspects of project delivery within a larger program or business initiative. This role involves close collaboration with external consultants and internal teams, collectively responsible for architectural and engineering design, drawings, documentation, and specifications-including architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and environmental disciplines.
This individual must demonstrate a strong understanding of design aesthetics, analytical and strategic thinking, and the ability to drive decisions with vendors while maintaining design and process standards.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and SketchUp, with strong hand-sketching skills. Responsibilities include design presentations, millwork and shop drawing reviews, and redlining construction documentation. The role requires extensive cross-functional coordination, strong communication skills, and serves as an analytical design resource for both the business and internal teams.
Candidates should have a solid background in architecture and/or interior design, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and internal program and construction teams. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and a keen attention to detail.
Position Responsibilities
3-5 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields Strong understanding of construction types, documents, specifications, materials, and processes Experience reading and preparing technical drawings and documentation Ability to conceptualize spatial designs and architectural brand imaging Strong oral and written communication, design, and problem-solving skills Effective presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Positive attitude and collaborative team experience Strong work ethic and accountability for personal and team output Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Revit and BIM software Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and PowerPoint Willingness to travel up to 25% Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesEducation

- Ideation, sketching, and 3D visualization/modeling, including renderings and Photoshop postproduction work
- Design architectural solutions for projects across Primary Care, Retail, Pharmacy Frontline, Sustainable Design, and other non-retail initiatives
- Anticipate, identify, and solve design and technical challenges with creative solutions
- Resolve complex design issues to produce innovative and constructible outcomes
- Research and recommend materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Support data management and tools such as Microsoft Project/Server and TRIRIGA
- Provide administrative support to project managers in planning, coordination, and execution
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Track design development, milestones, and deliverables; provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, and documentation
- Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Interior Design (or equivalent experience)
- Professional License to Practice Architecture not required
- LEED Green Certification or other sustainability credentials preferred but not required
