Our challenge

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in LangChain and LangGraph to develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning and NLP-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, experience working with large language models, and deep familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $115k- $120k /year & benefits.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models integrated with natural language processing capabilities.
  • Utilize Lang Chain to build and manage language model applications, including chatbots, question-answering systems, and knowledge management solutions.
  • Leverage LangGraph to create, visualize, and optimize knowledge graphs for AI applications.
  • Integrate LangChain and LangGraph with existing data pipelines and backend systems.
  • Experiment with and fine-tune large language models for specific business use cases.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models and systems.
  • Document architecture, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with language models like GPT, BERT, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Practical experience with LangChain for building LLM applications.
  • Familiarity with LangGraph or similar knowledge graph frameworks.
  • Knowledge of API integration, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
  • Understanding of semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-modal AI.
  • Contributions to open-source projects related to LangChain, LangGraph, or NLP.
