Position: Sr. AI Architect with LLM
- Architect end-to-end AI-driven applications that integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native full-stack components.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to implement AI-powered features using LLMs and retrieval-based architectures. 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML-centric product development.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, LangChain, Hugging Face, and RAG pipelines.
- Lead engineering design sessions and define technical strategies, solution blueprints, and roadmaps.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, career support, and code/architecture reviews.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of ML pipelines in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Troubleshoot system bugs, conduct root cause analyses, and help stabilize production environments.
- Update architecture documentation and support onboarding of new features or tools into the platform.
- Proven expertise in traditional machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and deep learning techniques (e.g., convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, transformers).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture, training, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques, such as text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
