Job Details

Job Title: Sr AI Software Engineer (Vue.js/Python)
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: ~8 months (with long-term extension)

Job Description:

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience
  • Must have strong Vue.js and Node.js for front end
  • Must have string python development for backend
  • AWS experience highly preferred
  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies
Why/Project:
  • -Development of an AI-powered servicing platform aimed at reducing average handle time for customer service agents. They are expanding to implement real-time transcription for agent-to-agent transfers to improve call efficiency.
  • -The team is currently in early development, focusing on API setup and building AI pipelines, with UI development planned for the next sprint starting in September.
  • -Needs a fullstack developer with Vue.js, Node.js and Python skills in order to meet compliance. Aiming for initial production use cases by year-end. React or Angular expertise might be considered if paired with strong Python skills, but Vue.js proficiency remains the priority.
