Position: Sr. Business Analyst Data Products
Location: Plymouth, MN (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Job Description:
Seeking a Sr. Business Analyst Data Products with strong experience in data product lifecycle, requirements gathering, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidate should have both business analysis and data analysis skills with a focus on Azure & Databricks ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

  • Collaborate with data engineering & architects to design scalable data solutions and flows

  • Create process maps & data flow diagrams, identify gaps and automation opportunities

  • Support Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.)

  • Develop test plans and ensure data accuracy & functionality

  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes with stakeholders

  • Provide ROI, KPI, and impact analysis

Technical Skills Required:

  • 4+ years in Data Analysis / IT Business Analysis

  • Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel

  • Experience with Data Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks

  • Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration

  • Hands-on with Azure ADO or equivalent Agile tools

  • ERP/CRM exposure: Oracle EBS, SAP, Salesforce (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture, data governance, security models

  • Programming/analytics experience in Python or R (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor s in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master s preferred)
