Sr. Developer, Innovations
Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA (5 days/week)
Contract: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term Growth Opportunity)

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications for scalability and performance.
- Utilize containerization technologies (Docker) and manage orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated testing in a DevOps environment.
- Architect resilient, fault-tolerant applications with high availability and quick recovery.
- Champion API-first design principles and create well-documented APIs for seamless integration.
- Apply agile methodologies for rapid, iterative development cycles.
- Implement robust monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience).
- 6+ years in software development with expertise in cloud-native applications.
- Strong experience in C#, Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, containerization, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, API gateways, and service mesh.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development tools for code generation, debugging, and test automation.
- Preferred: Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, event-driven architectures, and integrating ML/AI models.
