Job Details
Role: Sr. Director / SAP Application Development Lead (S4 Fashion & Retail)
Location: Hybrid Nutley, NJ (3 days onsite per week)
Candidates must start Day 1 onsite.
Key Requirements
- Must have recent SAP S4 HANA Fashion experience
- 12 15+ years SAP Application Development experience (at least several years in leadership/Director roles)
- Strong expertise in SAP S4 Fashion & Retail Modules + BTP Integration Suite
- Deep understanding of WRICEF, SAP Clean Core principles, transport/change management
- Experience ensuring integration across ERP functions (Retail, Wholesale, Logistics, Finance, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP application development within ERP implementation (WRICEF).
- Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Represent Application Development in the Design Authority to align with business/functional teams.
- Oversee SAP change control & transport management process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive innovation & best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S4 Fashion/Retail & BTP Integration Suite.
- Define and enforce governance, QA, code quality, security, and performance optimization standards.
- Provide technical leadership for complex development challenges and ensure scalability.
- Partner with global teams to align ERP development with transformation objectives.
Experience / Skills
- 12 15+ years SAP Application Development (senior leadership level).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Fashion/Retail and BTP Integration Suite.
- Proven success leading development in large-scale global ERP rollouts.
- Strong understanding of modern SAP development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for global project needs.
