Role: Sr. Electronics Engineer (Power Electronics)
Location: Newark, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Purpose of the Team:
The Power Electronics & Test Validation team is looking for an Electrical Engineer specifically with Power
Electronics for EV and renewable energy expertise.
Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 3 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: M. S degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
Disqualifiers: N/A
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain all preferred skills.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
1. Strong understanding of low-voltage digital and analog circuits.
2. Minimum 3 years experience with Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of electronics low-voltage electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (oscilloscope, network analyzers, signal analyzers etc.)
3. Minimum 3 years experience with Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Hard Skills Assessments:

Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds.

Responsibilities and qualifications:
Strong understanding of low-voltage digital and analog circuits.
Review schematics, PCB designs, calculation and simulation of electronics circuits.
Conduct verification and validation tests of high-quality electronics hardware using in automotive applications.
Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of electronics low-voltage electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (oscilloscope, network analyzers, signal analyzers etc.)
Capability to analysis the root-cause of the low-voltage electronics system and drive R&D activities independently.
Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Preferred qualifications
B. S in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing.
Solid understanding low-voltage digital and analog circuits fundamentals.
Knowledge of automotive and industrial requirements.
