Job Position: Sr. Global Operations Project Manager

Job Location: Livermore, CA

Job Duration: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

The Sr. Project Manager provides guidance, definition, and facilitation for the development of current and future architecture required to meet operational needs, goals, and strategic direction.  This includes the development of strategies aligning IT to Operations, advocacy and support of current IT strategies, identification, and analysis of the operation’s drivers to derive useful context, and analysis of the current IT ecosystem to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions necessary to drive scale and improved operational effectiveness and efficiency.

• Interface across all Global Operations departments, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects.
• Conceive strategies, solutions, build consensus, and sell/execute solutions. Involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kick-off through the requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
• Establishing overall architectural viewpoints and oversight of organization standards and policies.
• Identify major system interfaces, business capability needs, and existing architecture weaknesses and opportunities for systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in interfacing with Operational partners and the IT community are required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Business related.
• Fifteen (15) years working in Operations (Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing) in support of business processes and systems development.
• Must have significant business knowledge and have expertise within one or more areas of information.
• ERP system knowledge required; SAP ideal.
• Professional certifications: APICS certification desired - CPIM, CSCP.

Xoriant reasonably expects the salary for this position to be within the following range: $160k. - $180k.
