Top Requirements (Must haves) | - Deep and wide understanding of Linux and UNIX Operating Systems, Virtualization platforms, Cloud Computing, Configuration Management tools (example: Morpheus and Ansible) and strong familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL databases, VMWare and/or HyperV, as well as Kubernetes
- Firm grasp of scripting techniques including Linux scripting language, Python, ksh, bash, shell scripting is highly desired
- Strong working knowledge of security best practices for implementing highly secure Linux and UNIX solutions
- Deep and wide understanding of the AIX Operating System and IBM licensed programs
- Strong working knowledge of AIX security best practices
- Very knowledgeable with configuration, administration and performance troubleshooting on UNIX systems, Power Systems Hardware including VIOs and HMCs.
- Ideally, you have experience deploying and maintaining a Satellite patch solution and experience configuring and managing AD SPN objects on Linux servers using keytab files
- Experience with configuration, administration and performance troubleshooting experience for Linux OS, Apache/tomcat, and database servers running on Linux.
- Hands-on experience on Kubernetes, Satellite, REPOs, and Linux automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Server hardening, system monitoring, performance tuning and process mapping.
- Well in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Strong capabilities in empowering and enabling your team members and the ability to cross train and lead project efforts independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle pressure and timeframes by defining clear deliverables, process improvements, and empower others with delegation and guidance

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves) | - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
- 10+ years of a managing Linux/ UNIX Operating Systems in an enterprise environment
- 7+ years leading technical teams that solve complex problems and provide detailed technical and business analysis
- Fundamental understanding of deploying and supporting Linux/UNIX servers in a highly available and fault tolerant enterprise level environment.
- Delivery of fully integrated, automated, and deployable environment
