Location: Frisco, TX - hybrid from day 1

Duration : 6+ Months

**MUST BE LOCAL**

• Required Skills: Must Have: experience with SDWAN, Aruba, wifi (they have a lot of wifi issues), AI automation ( scripting/python). Their architecture is very immature and they need someone who can come in and properly architect, provide suggestions of proper process, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise network infrastructure the following technical disciplines: network architecture, cloud networking, network automation, wireless networking, infrastructure automation, SDWAN networking, and security infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing teams working across multiple, diverse technologies and operational environments.
  • Direct experience architecting solutions for: SDWAN, firewalls, LAN, cloud, and network automation

• Project/Day to Day Information:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps to advance KDP's enterprise network infrastructure, supporting current and future business needs.
  • Establish and govern enterprise-level standards, best practices, and processes for network architecture, engineering, and deployment.
  • Champion modernization initiatives including cloud networking, network automation, AI, and network-as-code, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of network technologies, tools, and vendors, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Analyze technology trends and assess emerging solutions to recommend and drive adoption of new capabilities where appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements throughout all aspects of network architecture and operations.
