- 8+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with hands-on work in critical data center facilities.
- Strong experience in HVAC design and mechanical systems for mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and drawing review.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed mechanical design drawings and documentation.
- Able to work onsite in downtown Chicago as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to mentor and collaborate with junior engineers.
- Client-facing experience and ability to manage project stakeholder interactions.
- Familiarity with sustainable design and emerging mechanical technologies.
