As a Sr. Oracle Financials Cloud Developer, you will leverage their expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud to design, implement, and optimize financial systems, ensuring seamless integrations and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transformation initiatives

This role requires strong technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transformation initiatives
How you'll spend your time:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Manage integrations between Oracle Financials Cloud and other cloud or on-premises systems, ensuring data controls and accuracy.
- Analyze existing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide training and support.
- Understand best reporting practices using Narrative Reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Smart View, and OTBI.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and performance tuning, to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Ensure configurations and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Lead or support Oracle Financials Cloud projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations or enhancements, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide advanced technical support, resolve system issues, and mentor when needed.
- Embrace change and advocate for new system processes and automations.

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing Oracle Financials Cloud modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA).
- Proficiency in SQL, People Tools, and Oracle tools like Narrative Reporting, Smart View, and OTBI.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial processes in the banking industry
- Exposure to data migration tools and processes for Oracle Cloud environments
