The Opportunity
The Fonts and Type team provides thousands of fonts to customers through Creative Cloud and Document Cloud subscriptions and enables text and font workflows for millions of users who design with text in Adobe apps. Our charter, enabling people to express themselves through good typography, has been at Adobe's core for over 40 years.

You'll join a team of product managers focused on all areas of type - a library of 27,000 fonts, nearly a dozen APIs and services, a website with almost 4M unique monthly sessions, a text engine used in most of Adobe's design apps, and an in-app component that allows users to browse our expansive font library, Your focus will be the latter- to lead client integrations and evolve our browse component so that we can transform how our users discover fonts.

What You'll Do
  • As a Sr. Product Manager for client integrations, you will be responsible for a 9-12-month product roadmap and drive performance, user experience, and design requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers in our Romania office, product managers from multiple client teams, our design team, and, when applicable, the engineering team for font services.
  • Align multiple partners using data, customer research, and Adobe's business goals.
  • Communicate success via user impact, competitive advantage, and critical metrics.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion, a solid technical background, and an understanding of integration APIs.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably an MBA or equivalent.
  • Well-versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that deploy agile software development methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present convincingly to partner teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and driven to build new processes for cross-team alignment and communication.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
