Description
EA is seeking a temporary full time resource for a company wide project transitioning their virtual machine environment from VMware to OpenShift. This person will be responsible for stakeholder management and working with internal EA engineering teams. Ideally candidates that have knowledge working with VMware and OpenShift are highly desired (percentage breakdown would be roughly 60% VMware / 40% OpenShift). This position can sit in Orlando, FL or Austin, TX markets (within a 30 mile radius). This position is hybrid so there will be some on-site required however they don't have a preference on what the hybrid schedule looks like.
Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate advanced expertise in implementing projects that focus on compute, hosting, data center services.
-Demonstrate expertise in IT infrastructure within enterprise environments.
-Experience facilitating and guide direct, sometimes difficult conversations to resolve conflicts, clarify priorities, and confirm accountability.
-Identify risks, managing project schedules, tracking dependencies and opportunities for improvement.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
TFT roles are salaried for a guaranteed one-year term with potential for extension, include healthcare benefits, but do not offer stock, RSUs, or annual bonuses.
