Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in SD and FI modules to join our client s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs, supporting critical business processes in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom ABAP programs based on functional specifications.
  • Implement enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and events-based programming in SD and FI.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing custom programs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Optimize program performance and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
  • Deliver solutions on time while adapting to shifting business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SD and working knowledge of SAP FI.
  • Proven experience with user exits, BADIs, enhancement points, and events-based programming.
  • Strong debugging, issue resolution, and custom development experience.
  • Background in the high-tech industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with OData services for Fiori integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
  • Exposure to CDS Views and S/4HANA extensibility options.
  • Knowledge of modern SAP integration patterns.
