Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET with strong expertise in automation testing across UI, Web Services, Mobile, and Accessibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks, accessibility testing tools, and strong programming knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, mobile, and web services testing.

Perform accessibility testing using assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and tools (e.g., Wave, Axe, CCA).

Validate compliance with global accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA.

Implement mobile test automation using Appium.

Build and execute automated tests for web services (e.g., using SoapUI).

Develop and optimize test cases using Selenium, Cucumber, and BDD frameworks.

Write and maintain complex SQL/PL-SQL queries for backend/database validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.

Contribute to architectural design discussions for test frameworks.

Ensure testing strategies are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years in a technical discipline; at least 5 years in automated software testing and framework development.

Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Design and programming languages (Java, JavaScript, SQL/PL-SQL).

Hands-on experience with UI automation (Selenium, Cucumber, BDD).

Proficiency in Mobile Test Automation (Appium).

Experience in Web Services automation (SoapUI or similar tools).

Strong database knowledge with proven ability to write complex queries (MS SQL Server, DB2, Oracle).

Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX, Mainframe) and technologies (.NET, Web).

Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Accessibility Testing Expertise

Experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).

Strong understanding of keyboard navigation, focus management, and input accessibility.

Knowledge of document accessibility testing (PDF, Excel).

Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of GenAI-based automated testing tools.

Experience in the healthcare industry.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
