Qualifications:
Serve as the champion of Salesforce standards and best practices for service cloud use cases. Support the business in their use of sales and service processes within Salesforce. Train users and make appropriate changes in Salesforce to validation rules, objects, fields, queues, and flows.
Specific Qualifications
Salesforce service cloud experience required, sales cloud also is a plus including building user profiles, permission sets, and groups Able to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how Able to troubleshoot when flows do not work as expected or users' experience in the system does not align with trained processes.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients? business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Designs, configures, and tests various Salesforce Modules
Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
