Job Title :Sr. ServiceNow Developer / Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long Term
Description:
- The role supports a large environment across ITSM/ITOM/CSM and related modules, ensuring stable operations, high-quality enhancements, compliant upgrades, and well-governed designs.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development/O&M in large environments
- Strong JavaScript/Glide, configuration, and data skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Catalog/Flows, ACL/RBAC.
- Proven experience with Service Portal and Service Operations Workspace configuration.
- Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth; ability to support SailPoint, JIRA, UpStart integrations.
- Upgrades/clones experience with ATF regression and change governance.
- Excellent communication; ability to present impacts, risks, and options to business/technical stakeholders.
Certifications:
CSA/CAD minimum; CTA preferred.
