The role offers opportunities for continued technical growth and meaningful input into both technical and business decisions that drive departmental objectives. Core responsibilities include defining and executing manufacturing test strategies, working with engineering teams, validating requirements for test automation, selecting appropriate equipment, conducting manufacturing verification tests, documenting procedures, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing yields, maximizing test coverage, delivering actionable feedback, managing product transfers and setups, overseeing test equipment utilization, and supporting the maintenance of the test network and related infrastructure.
