Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack development to lead the creation of innovative tools that optimize sales processes and dealership operations. This role requires close collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions while mentoring a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop tools to streamline sales workflows, dealership management, and client onboarding.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to determine requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Architect and implement both backend services and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to two full-stack engineers, fostering their growth and development.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of feature delivery, ensuring robustness, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews and participate in architectural discussions to maintain high coding standards.
Work cross-functionally to align technical direction with business goals.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using React, Node.js, and Express.js.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Strong understanding of product development and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Proven experience in building internal tools or operational platforms.
Exceptional communication skills and comfort collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in deploying production-ready code in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in technologies such as TypeScript, Stripe, Cypress, Web APIs, and cloud computing.
