Title: Sr. Systems Admin
Contract: San Jose, CA - Hybrid
PAY RATE : $ 64/hr on C2C
Top Skills:
1. Runbook Execution: Execute changes in customer environments (AWS and Google Cloud Platform) as outlined in runbooks.
2. Orchestration Tools: Use Puppet (or similar orchestration tools) and custom Python scripts.
3. "Splunk Core Certified Power User" certification or above.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Manage tickets from the queue, ensuring timely resolution.
Handle customer migrations, including onboarding and cloud migrations (e.g., on-prem to Splunk Cloud).
Perform tasks during customer maintenance windows, including off-hours and weekends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as TechOps, engineering, sales, and professional services.
Resolve customer escalations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalate complex issues to leadership when necessary.
Maintain high SLA compliance for seamless fulfilment operations.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary, following documented procedures
