Client Notes:
o Ideal candidates would have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.
o Looking for a seasoned Recruiter with a strong attention to detail, ability to build relationships and solid communication skills
Job Summary:
o The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for all activities related to onboarding and offboarding internal and external employees in the customer organization, including set up of HR onboarding paperwork and systems access.
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate and document end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for internal and vendor hires.
o Set up employees in HRIS and track background checks, drug testing, and start-date readiness.
o Partner with HR and Business Operations to determine system access and role-based requirements.
o Order hardware, submit IT tickets, and ensure remote desktop and system access.
o Track onboarding status, IT progress, and completion of mandatory training.
o Manage onboarding documentation, first-day instructions, and required materials.
o Handle confidential information securely and support compliance and audit activities.
o Monitor timesheets, attendance, and continuing education during training.
o Escalate HR or technical issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
Skills/Experience:
o Basic knowledge of MS Office.
o Clear verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
o Associate or bachelor s degree preferred.
