Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Overview:
The Staffing Coordinator III is responsible for managing all activities related to onboarding and offboarding internal and external employees within the customer organization. This includes setting up HR onboarding paperwork, ensuring systems access, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Document onboarding processes for new hires, including vendor and internal employees.
  • Set up new employees in the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with HR to track and document the status of new hires during background checks and drug testing processes.
  • Coordinate with the business operations support team to determine system access requirements for various groups of new hires.
  • Order hardware for internal personnel and ensure remote desktop access for vendor personnel through IT ticket submissions.
  • Maintain onboarding status records for all new hires, including IT ticket statuses for hardware and software.
  • Administer paperwork and materials required for employees to begin their tasks.
  • Safely and securely manage sensitive and confidential information from vendor agents.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory online onboarding training.
  • Provide employees with instructions for their initial tasks, such as downloading programs and activating accounts.
  • Manage compliance and audit-related activities, including weekly timesheets, attendance, and tracking continuing education for new hires during training.
  • Escalate HR or technical issues for new hires to supervisors, vendor managers, and training teams.
  • Distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines as needed.
  • Handle paperwork for offboarding vendors and internal hires as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Information:
  • This is not a driving role.
  • Hybrid work schedule: Tuesday through Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday from home.
  • Ideal candidates should have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.

Pay Range: $35 - $40

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
