Title: Stibo Systems Senior Developer Product MDM
Location: Remote (USA)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Stibo Developer with strong experience in Product Master Data Management (MDM) using the Stibo STEP platform. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, and optimization of product data workflows, integrations, and governance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Stibo STEP MDM platform
- Configure workflows, data models, business rules, and user interfaces
- Integrate STEP with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce)
- Implement product data quality, governance, and enrichment processes
- Troubleshoot STEP configurations and support performance optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams (data stewards, architects, business)
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in MDM, with 3+ years in Stibo STEP (Product MDM)
- Hands-on experience with Stibo scripting (Java/Groovy), Workflows, User Exits
- Strong understanding of product data models, hierarchies, and taxonomy
- Experience with integration tools/APIs for STEP
- Good knowledge of data quality, governance, and lifecycle processes
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and documentation skills
